Engr. Tomi Adebayo is a property development professional and the Director of Plan And Build, a one-stop development consultancy operating across the United Kingdom and Nigeria.
With a strong understanding of the full development lifecycle — from site appraisal and feasibility through planning, procurement, and construction — Tomi adopts a disciplined, commercially focused approach to managing development risk, cost, and programme. His work is underpinned by sound engineering principles, regulatory compliance, and practical buildability.
Tomi’s professional background spans large-scale commercial and residential developments in Nigeria and the delivery of residential and commercial projects in the United Kingdom. His early career involved participation in major developments, including high-rise commercial buildings and residential estates, before progressing into senior leadership roles overseeing design coordination, construction delivery, and development management.
Through Plan And Build, Tomi leads the delivery of residential-led developments, refurbishments, extensions, and change-of-use schemes, working closely with planners, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to bring projects forward efficiently.
